All of our staff and operators at M O'Brien carry observation cards to record and submit observations they find on site, these could be examples of good practice that you would like to share and see more of, or it could be to alert us that something isn't quite right.

Recording these observations helps us to improve as a business and keep everyone safe. By crowd sourcing these ideas from our customers and colleagues we multiply the information we receive to make improvements.
