This months recognition award goes to Sheila O’Connor, from M O’Brien Civil Engineering’s delivery team. Sheila has been working on the Riverlinx project and coordinating the site logistics for the excavation of the shaft works undertaken by the team. Sheila has liaised with our in house transport team as well as our supply chain in order to facilitate the successful traffic management of all the muck away requirements, efficiently but more importantly safely.

The project peaked at 300 lorry loads of spoil away from site per day, no easy feat in one of the most congested areas of the capital! Sheila maintained great relations with the site team and all of the HGV drivers attending site throughout the course of the project. For her outstanding attitude towards safety and contribution to the project we award Sheila with Septembers recognition award and a £50 M&S voucher. Well done Sheila!
